Postibo is an AI content generation platform. This page covers what you can and cannot generate, who owns the outputs, and how we handle the data you submit. It supplements (and is incorporated into) our Terms of Service.
1. Ownership of outputs
You own the AI-generated content you produce with Postibo, subject to the following:
- You are responsible for ensuring your inputs (prompts, reference images, source content) do not infringe on third-party rights.
- AI-generated content cannot be copyrighted as a sole-author work in many jurisdictions (US, UK). Local copyright law applies to your outputs and may limit the protection you can claim.
- Substantially similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs. We do not guarantee that your output is unique.
2. Your inputs and our use of them
- We do not use the prompts, reference images, or source content you submit to train AI models, neither our own nor those of our model providers.
- Inputs are processed transiently to deliver the output you requested and stored temporarily for delivery, regeneration, history, and abuse prevention.
- Inputs are subject to our model providers' own data policies, summarized at the category level in our Privacy Policy.
3. Prohibited content
You may not use Postibo to generate, distribute, or promote any of the following:
- Illegal content: anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the recipient.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): zero tolerance. Any attempt is reported to authorities and the account is permanently terminated.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit deepfakes of real people.
- Targeted harassment: content designed to harass, threaten, intimidate, or defame an identifiable person.
- Hate speech and incitement: content that promotes violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Disinformation: content presented as factual when it is fabricated, particularly around elections, public health, or matters of public safety.
- Impersonation: content that falsely claims to be from a specific real person, organization, or government entity.
- Malware and phishing: code, copy, or images designed to deliver malware or trick recipients into compromising credentials.
- Spam and SEO manipulation: mass-generated low-quality content designed to manipulate search rankings or flood platforms.
- Regulated industries without compliance: medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or pharmaceutical claims that require professional licensing or regulatory review you have not obtained.
4. Disclosure obligations
You are responsible for complying with the disclosure rules of any platform where you publish AI-generated content:
- Search engines: Google's quality guidelines apply. AI content that is helpful, original, and well-researched complies. Content that is mass-generated to manipulate rankings does not.
- Social platforms: TikTok, Meta, YouTube and others increasingly require disclosure of AI-generated or AI-modified content. Check each platform's current policy.
- Advertising: ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) have their own AI-content disclosure rules.
- Specific jurisdictions: the EU AI Act, certain US state laws, and other regulations may require AI-content labeling. You are responsible for compliance.
5. Output review and human oversight
AI-generated content can contain factual errors, hallucinations, biased phrasing, or unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of generated content before publishing it. Do not publish Postibo outputs without a human review pass.
6. Compliance and disclosures
If you generate content for regulated industries (HSA, RX, gambling, financial services, legal, medical, alcohol, tobacco, firearms), you are responsible for adding required disclosures, disclaimers, age gates, and risk warnings. Postibo lets you configure required disclaimers per ad set and per content type, but does not auto-detect prohibited categories. Human review is required before publishing.
7. Rate limits and abuse
- Plans include a fair-use generation budget. Sustained generation at rates suggesting automation, scraping, or training-data extraction may be rate-limited or terminated.
- We monitor for prompt-injection attempts, prohibited-content generation attempts, and patterns suggesting fraud. Suspicious accounts may be paused for review.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this policy. For minor violations, we typically warn first. For severe violations (CSAM, targeted harassment, impersonation of real people, fraud), we terminate immediately and may report to authorities.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the AI landscape evolves and regulations change. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Contact
