1. Who we are
Postibo ("we", "us", "our") operates postibo.com and provides AI-driven content automation software. Contact: contact@postibo.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: email, name, and any details you provide when you sign up for the waitlist, contact us, or apply to the affiliate program.
- Usage information: the pages you visit, features you use, the UTM parameters that brought you here, and the referrer of your visit. Collected through privacy-respecting analytics with IP anonymization.
- Technical information: browser type, operating system, and device class. We hash your IP address before storing it and never store the raw IP in any long-term record.
- Content you provide: any text, files, or references you upload when using Postibo content-generation features. Used only to deliver the service you requested.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest: to secure the service, prevent abuse, and analyze aggregate usage patterns.
- Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: where required by law.
4. How we use information
- To deliver the features you use (generate content, publish to your CMS, send email notifications).
- To send transactional emails (waitlist confirmations, account notifications, billing receipts once billing is live).
- To improve our service and diagnose issues.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and sub-processors
We share data with vetted third-party processors strictly as needed to deliver the service. The categories of recipients are:
- Cloud infrastructure providers: hosting, CDN, database, edge computing.
- AI model providers: process prompts and reference content you submit when you generate output. Our model providers contractually agree not to use your prompts to train their models.
- Communication providers: send transactional email and operate the contact form.
- Analytics and error-monitoring providers: aggregated usage data and crash reports for product improvement and security.
- Research and integration providers: SEO/keyword data, web crawling for site connection, social-media publishing pipelines.
- Payment processors: subscription billing (when billing is live). We do not see, store, or process card numbers.
- Spam and bot protection providers: protect forms and the site from automated abuse.
Every sub-processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and processes data only on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms for transfers out of the EEA and UK.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. Waitlist entries are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after deletion.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to processing or request restriction.
- Data portability (export in a machine-readable format).
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies for aggregate usage reporting. Non-essential cookies require your consent. You can manage preferences in your browser.
10. Children
Postibo is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: TLS for all connections, encrypted secrets at rest, bcrypt-hashed API tokens, role-based access, and security reviews on every release.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance.
